Sales & Technical Support Manager – EMEA

Spring SAS creates innovative, environmentally friendly solutions for the package printing world, including:

· Flexo plate solvents & platemaking technologies

· Specialty inks & coatings, especially food-safe applications

We want someone who thrives at the intersection of hands-on technical work and business growth. Experience in printing, platemaking, or trade shops is a strong advantage—but curiosity and technical aptitude are key.

What You’ll Do

· Drive sales to flexographic platemakers and printers across EMEA

· Provide technical support, troubleshooting and optimizing customer processes

· Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and distributors

· Collaborate with our innovation team to launch new products

· Travel frequently (>50%) to meet customers and attend trade shows

Who You Are

· Technically Curious: You know—or want to learn—the ins and outs of platemaking, flexography, inks, and coatings

· Business-Minded: You can translate technical expertise into sales growth, margin management, and strategy execution

· Multi-Lingual: Fluent in English; French and/or German highly preferred

· Independent & Entrepreneurial: Comfortable taking ownership and making an impact in a fast-paced environment
