Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance of all financial operations across our European entities. As part of a team located in Paris, you’ll go beyond numbers, partnering with cross-functional teams and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will support the accounting team by handling recurring tasks while leveraging their expertise to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and contribute to long-term transformation and added value for the company. This continuous improvement mindset will be the key differentiator for this role.

Key Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong business acumen, understanding the broader impact of accounting decisions on the company
- Proven experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
- Tech- savviness comfortable with ERP systems (SAP Business One would be a plus), digital tools and advanced Excel skills required

Education and Experience:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
- At least 5 years of experience in similar accounting or finance roles
Location:
Your work location will preferably be Paris, with no specific restriction amongst other EPEX office locations and an attractive hybrid work policy.
