What you'll do
Doctolib is looking for you to join the Tech & Product Recruiting Team in our Paris office as a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
As a Senior Tech Coordinator, you'll focus on three essential areas: delivering exceptional candidate experience, mastering complex tech & product interview scheduling, and continuously improving our interview processes. In this role, you'll gain comprehensive insight into recruitment while applying your organisational and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and developing advanced people skills through multi-stakeholder management. You will join our global Talent Acquisition team distributed across the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Italy.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Candidate and interviewer experience: You will manage all communication assets (emails, messages, calendar invites, etc.) to ensure candidates and interviewers receive clear, timely information about upcoming interviews. As a key point of contact, you will collaborate closely with recruiters and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, including greeting candidates and managing their full onsite interview experience.
- Interview scheduling: You will organize all tech and product interviews, from feature building to system design to onsite behavioral interviews.
- Recruiting process optimisation: You will improve the flexibility, efficiency, and comfort of our recruiting processes by contributing to interview process design, adapting and streamlining scheduling workflows to suit candidates and business needs, and leading your own projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Recruitment operations: You will build and maintain interview pools to ensure interviewer availability and diversity across all hiring needs. You will design and deliver interviewer training programs to standardize evaluation practices and enhance interview quality.
- Tooling & innovation: You will champion the implementation of speech-to-text tools and other recruitment technologies to drive efficiency and improve documentation.
- Data analysis & reporting: You will analyze and track key interview and scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview, number of interviews, number of declines) to provide actionable insights to leadership. You will create regular reports and dashboards of the metrics, enabling data-driven decisions to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategy.

You could be our next teammate if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting coordination or talent acquisition operations
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring for engineering, product, and technical roles with a proven track record of managing end-to-end interview coordination, including scheduling complex panel interviews, technical assessments, and virtual/onsite interviews across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in analyzing recruiting metrics and generating data-driven insights to optimize hiring workflows and improve process efficiency, with experience maintaining accurate ATS data integrity and creating reports/dashboards to track key recruiting KPIs to assess performance and inform decision-making
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and agility that enable you to stay on top of priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong empathy that allows you to put yourself in other people's shoes and a genuine passion for finding solutions that work best for everyone
- A curious, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and dig deeper to understand how operations and processes work
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to adapt your expression to different audiences and situations
