As of 2025, Textbroker has launched its GEO / AEO and AI Visibility & Reputation unit – supporting global brands in finding their AI Search sweet spot through full-service strategy, consulting, and execution across Subject-Matter Expert Content, User-Generated Content, Reddit Brand Marketing, Digital PR, and more.
The role is embedded within Storylake, our strategy and consulting brand, operating cross-functionally across the Sario Marketing Group (Textbroker · Storylake · transparent.ai).
Your Role: SEO / GEO Consultant
As a SEO / GEO Consultant, you will help shape the future of organic and AI search visibility – equal parts strategist, practitioner, and client partner.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute GEO and SEO strategies to help Textbroker's clients find the right balance between brand visibility, growth, and positive sentiment on AI search platforms and LLMs.

Consult clients on AI search visibility, subject-matter authority, and content strategy – explaining complex concepts with clarity and confidence, and training teams in GEO / AI-SERP best practices.

Build and maintain internal frameworks, playbooks, and service methodologies – and actively contribute to the development of our GEO and AI Search consulting portfolio.

Set up and manage KPI tracking across relevant tools while creating transparent reporting for clients and stakeholders.

Write detailed content briefs, coordinate with our network of external authors and freelancers, and manage your own GEO / SEO projects end-to-end: planning, execution, reporting, client communication.

Support the Growth Team during pitches and strategic planning phases.
You'll fit if ....:

You have 2–3 years of experience in Search (SEO, GEO; AI-visibility) agency or in-house, project ownership or account management experience is a plus.

You have a strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, user intent, and search analytics.

You have excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You are familiar with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or AI monitoring tools.

You are curious for AI-driven search, LLM discoverability, and modern SEO frameworks (E‑E‑A‑T, embeddings, etc.).

You have a strong analytical mindset and communication skills in English and German.
