This is the job:

Deal Management: Share responsibility for the investments into secured and unsecured NPL Portfolios or real estate transactions of our French speaking regional countries and build strong relationships with our management and colleagues both in our headquarters and locally.

Portfolio Management: Support companies in monitoring and driving performance. Ensure that underwriting assumptions are met or better exceeded.

Structuring: Support in implementing the optimal structure for co-investments with strong partners.

Develop your skills: Build relevant knowledge in investments and portfolio management in various countries and asset classes.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to leverage synergies and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
This is what you bring to the table:

Bachelor’s Degree: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution.

Master’s Degree (preferred): A MBA or a Master’s in Finance, Economics, or a related field will be advantageous but not mandatory

Professional experience: You have strong financial expertise with minimum 3 years of experience in preparation of investment decisions and / or portfolio management – ideally in NPL or real estate sector.

Personal Development: You have the ongoing desire to develop your own skill set as well as professional network with the aim of building your own career within the company.

Languages: You speak English and French fluently. Fluency in German as well as further language skills will be advantageous, but a not required.
