Your Role at Napta

As Business Development Representative (DACH), you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your main goal: generate as many qualified opportunities as possible for Sebastian, our DACH Account Executive, who launched the region and oversees the full sales cycle.

You’ll work closely with Sebastian and the rest of the Sales team to identify, engage, and qualify the right prospects and help make Napta a benchmark in the German-speaking market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential accounts in the DACH region using prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha, Kaspr, etc.)
  • Target the right stakeholders (C-level, HR, Operations, etc.) and craft personalized outreach for each account
  • Initiate conversations via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, always with a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Collaborate closely with Sebastian to refine messaging, sequences, and go-to-market strategy
  • Keep the CRM (HubSpot) up to date and track your prospecting KPIs with precision
  • Contribute actively to shaping the DACH go-to-market strategy: market insights, feedback, and message refinement

Preferred experience

You’re the ideal fit if you:

  • Have initial experience in Sales / BDR, ideally in a SaaS or consulting environment
  • Speak German fluently (native) and English professionally
  • Love hunting for new opportunities and turning “no” into “yes”
  • Feel comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Are curious, structured, results-driven, and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy teamwork in an ambitious yet supportive environment
  • French is a plus, but not required
