Responibilities

This is not a traditional sales position.

You will be trained step by step to become an International Business Development Manager. Working directly with the President of the Group and experienced colleagues in France, Germany and the United States, you will learn how to:

  • analyse international markets,
  • identify new industrial applications,
  • introduce innovative polyurethane solutions,
  • develop long-term customer relationships,
  • manage technical and commercial projects.

You will gradually take responsibility for the DACH market before expanding your activities to other European countries, mostly in North and East Europe.

Profile

We are looking for potential rather than years of experience.

You have recently completed, or are about to complete, a university degree in:

  • Engineering,
  • Industrial Engineering
  • or Business Studies

You are:

  • curious and entrepreneurial,
  • interested in technology and industrial innovation,
  • willing to travel internationally,
  • an excellent communicator,
  • fluent in German and English.

French is an advantage but is not required.
