Der Naturland e.V. wurde zum Jahreswechsel 1982/1983 von zehn Pionieren gegründet und ist heute der größte internationale Öko-Verband. Knapp 120.000 Bäuerinnen und Bauern in mehr als 60 Ländern der Erde gestalten gemeinsam den ökologischen Wandel der Welt. Allein in Deutschland und Österreich gehören mehr als 7.000 Bio-Betriebe dieser Gemeinschaft an. Weltweit ist die Mehrzahl der Naturland Bauern in kleinbäuerlichen Kooperativen und Erzeugergemeinschaften organisiert.

Aufgaben

  • Support for Naturland Members in Spain and other countries (e.g., France): Provide guidance and assistance to Naturland farms, working closely with colleagues in areas such as social responsibility, certification, finance, and quality management
  • Quality Assurance for International Farms: Oversee quality assurance processes in the assigned countries, including coordinating freelance partners, conducting initial assessments of prospective farms, liaising with key stakeholders (e.g., inspection bodies), and carrying out on‑site farm visits
  • Service & Engagement for Naturland Members: Organize and support member activities such as meetings, training sessions, workshops, and other events that strengthen the Naturland community
  • Contribution to European Funding Projects: Participate in the planning and implementation of European funding projects, helping to advance Naturland’s strategic goals across the region

Was wir uns wünschen

  • Completed university studies, ideally with a focus on organic agriculture/horticulture, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in organic agriculture or rural development in Europe and/or internationally
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean crop cultivation is an advantage
  • Expertise in quality assurance or certification is welcome
  • Independent and well‑structured working style, paired with a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with further languages considered beneficial (e.g., French)
  • Strong communication and intercultural skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
