The Junior Marketing Manager Switzerland will support the development and execution of local marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with global and local objectives. This role is ideal for an ambitious marketing professional with 1-3 years of experience who is ready to take on broader responsibilities in campaign management, stakeholder collaboration, and performance optimization. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Switzerland.

Strategy & Planning
Support the development of local marketing strategy and campaign calendar in alignment with global and local objectives
Contribute to translating customer insights into effective B2C marketing initiatives
Assist in planning and coordinating multi-channel marketing activities
Campaign Execution & Management
Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, PR, CRM, in-app/web, and selected offline channels
Support the briefing and coordination of creative development with internal teams and external agencies
Coordinate campaign activations and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
Monitor day-to-day campaign execution and flag issues or opportunities
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and monitor campaign performance across multiple channels
Support reporting on campaign results and assist in data analysis
Contribute insights to optimize future campaigns and marketing strategies
Help maintain marketing performance dashboards and KPIs
Budget & Operations
Assist in managing local marketing budget and BTL activities
Support the management and tracking of B2C voucher budgets
Ensure efficient use of marketing resources and vendor relationships
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service and Global Marketing
Build working relationships with external partners and agencies
Support the coordination of multiple projects and marketing initiatives
Act as a connector between local execution and global strategy
Experience
1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries
Demonstrated experience supporting or executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Exposure to digital marketing, social media, CRM, and/or offline marketing channels
Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of the marketing mix and how different channels work together
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights
Good commercial understanding and ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Collaborative mindset with good relationship-building skills
Proactive, self-starter attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Positive team attitude; open to giving and receiving feedback
Results-oriented with a sense of ownership over assigned projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills - fluent in German or French and English
