Your Impact: 

Initiating the Deal
You aren’t in "Customer Service"—you represent a company in high demand removing financial barriers for ambitious people and their companies. 

Your goal is to establish contact with decision-makers (CEOs, Owners, CFOs) across Europe and the US markets.

• Research: Find international companies that meet our standards.
• Connect: Proactively engage via LinkedIn, phone, or email or onsite meetings to qualify and create new deals.
• Bridge Building: Offer alternative financing solutions that banks can not provide, and arrange meetings with our financiers.
• Market Intel: Learn how to analyze business models and recognize which cases are "Bankable & Investable."

Profil

What You Bring to the Table

• Grit & Ambition: You want to understand how large deals are structured.
• High-Level Communication: You are comfortable speaking with CEOs. Your German or French is flawless, and your demeanor is professional.
• Background: You have a business and social sciences background or have an initial business or marketing experience. Your audacity and critical thinking matters more to us than your resume.
• Presence: You want to go full throttle with the team in our Düsseldorf or Paris office—remote work is fine, but deals are made within teams.
