Your Role
As Partner Manager, you are the face of Wasteer for our partners and clients across Europe. You build trust, drive adoption, and make sure our technology delivers real operational value — from first contact to long-term growth.
- Own and grow relationships with partners and clients across Europe
- Travel regularly to visit customers on-site and understand their operational needs
- Act as the main point of contact — ensuring clear, reliable, and proactive communication
- Coordinate between partners and internal product, tech, and business teams
- Develop a deep understanding of Wasteer's software and hardware solutions
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and unlock long-term growth
- Represent Wasteer in meetings, workshops, and industry events
Profile
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory
- French or Italian (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Background in waste, utilities, environmental services, industrial IoT, or other operational industries is a strong advantage
- Several years of experience as a Partner Manager, Account Manager, or similar
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of software and hardware-based products
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
- Valid driver's license
- Structured, proactive, and independent working style
