Ihre Aufgaben

Order management

Process incoming orders and enquiries via phone, email and Shopify, accurately and within agreed timelines and payment terms.

Product matching

Understand customer needs and match them confidently with the right products from our wholesale range.

Lead qualification & closing

Qualify and hand over leads to the wider team and close deals yourself by phone or email when the opportunity arises.

Reporting & presentations

Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations and trade fair materials.

Customer relationships

Maintain regular, proactive contact with an assigned portfolio of wholesale customers by phone and email.

New business development

Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold calling, email outreach and online research.

CRM management

Keep the CRM database precise and up to date; prospects, customers, activities and notes.

Trade fairs

Occasionally attend national and international trade fairs alongside the sales team.

Sales drive

You enjoy sales and customer service comes naturally to you and you understand what customers need and know how to deliver it.

Languages

Fluent German and strong English are essential. A third language, particularly French is advantageous.

Independence

You take ownership of your tasks and see them through without being chased — motivated by results.

Experience

Ideally some background in inside sales or a wholesale environment — but we welcome motivated career changers from hospitality, tourism and similar fields.

Organisation

You are structured, reliable and comfortable working with CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Team spirit

A genuine team player who thrives in a small, dedicated team focused on delivering excellent service.

Mobility

A valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel to trade fairs when needed.
