Your tasks

Your Mission

As a Sales Manager France & Benelux (f/m/d), you will be a key member of the regional Sales Team, reporting directly to the General Manager France & Benelux.
You will play an active role in developing the market, driving new business and contributing directly to regional revenue growth.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Closing deals with agencies, media buyers and direct advertisers, with a focus on mid-market accounts
  • Identifying, prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities across France and Benelux
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration and campaign success
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimise their advertising strategies using Adsquare’s data solutions
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in close collaboration with internal teams
  • Staying up to date with Adsquare’s product innovations and technological developments
  • Supporting commercial negotiations, including data usage agreements and contractual terms
  • Clearly communicating Adsquare’s value proposition and positioning in the market
  • Actively engaging in the programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem through events, networking and industry initiatives

Your Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development within digital media, AdTech, MarTech or data-driven advertising
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising, audience data or digital media trading is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with prospecting, outreach and cold calling
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-driven with a clear commercial mindset
  • Well-structured and disciplined in pipeline management
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
